Terms of Service
Trip2China · Last updated: October 19, 2026
These Terms govern your booking and use of services provided by Trip2China. By paying a deposit or confirming a booking with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
Trip2China is operated by a licensed China-based inbound travel agency, with a dedicated English-speaking consultant based in North America. We organize small-group tours (maximum 16 travelers per group) to China. International flights to/from China are not included unless explicitly stated.
2. Booking and Deposit
- A deposit of $50 per traveler secures your booking. The balance is due before the tour begins, as agreed in writing with your consultant.
- Prices shown on this website are per person, twin-share, land only, and do not include international airfare.
- All prices, dates, and availability are confirmed by a real consultant in writing before you pay the balance.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
3. No Forced Shopping
Our itineraries do not include forced shopping stops, commission-based factory visits, or "optional" add-on traps. If you encounter any pressure to shop, tell us and it will be resolved.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Deposit refundable in full if we cannot confirm your requested departure date.
- Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: deposit refunded, minus Stripe processing fees.
- Cancellations within 60 days: refund terms depend on hotel, transport, and cruise costs already incurred; your consultant will explain the exact amount in writing.
- Force majeure (natural disaster, flight suspension, visa denial): we will offer a rescheduled date or a fair refund based on costs actually incurred.
5. What Is and Is Not Included
Included: accommodation in twin-share rooms, daily breakfast, meals as marked in the itinerary, English-speaking guides, private vehicle, entrance tickets to listed sights, airport transfers on arrival and departure days, and 24/7 emergency line.
Not included: international flights to/from China, Chinese visa fees, meals not marked, tips, personal expenses, travel insurance, and optional activities not listed.
6. Your Responsibilities
- You hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and any required Chinese visa.
- You disclose any medical conditions, mobility needs, dietary requirements, or allergies that may affect the tour.
- You follow the guide's safety instructions, especially on mountain, high-altitude, and boat excursions.
7. Itinerary Changes
Occasionally weather, road conditions, or maintenance may require minor changes to the daily schedule. We keep the sights and experience intact and inform you as early as possible. We reserve the right to modify the order of days without reducing the inclusions.
8. Liability
We act as your travel organizer and work with licensed local suppliers. We are not liable for delays, missed connections, injuries, or losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (airline delays, weather, strikes, political events). We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering cancellation, medical, and luggage.
